What You'll Do
Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, per protocol
Monitor patient conditions closely and communicate changes promptly to physicians and the care team
Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, effective care
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records
Support quality improvement initiatives that raise the bar on patient care and safety
Offer emotional support and a caring presence for patients and their families

What You'll Need
Active RN license in Washington State
