Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | $24-$30/hour | Sequim Bay Post Acute
Join our care team at Sequim Bay Post Acute as a Certified Nursing Assistant and make a real difference in residents' lives every day! We're looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs to help our residents maintain dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life possible.
What You'll Do
Provide hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding based on each resident's care plan
Support restorative care — helping residents maintain or regain independence through range-of-motion exercises and safe ambulation
Assist with toileting, transfers, and daily living needs with patience and respect
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the charge nurse
Keep accurate, timely documentation of care provided
Help create a safe, homelike environment for residents and follow infection control and safety protocols

What You'll Need
Current CNA certification (Washington State Department of Health) or eligibility to transfer certification from another state
Clean standing on the State Nurse Aide Registry (no findings of abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation)
Ability to lift 25 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
Prior caregiving experience preferred, but we welcome newly certified CNAs too!
