In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining complex systems and infrastructures that requires strong hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Azure/VxRail/VMware/SQL Cluster/Isilon/Networks/SharePoint/Teams/Teams Voice/Intune/Office 365 platforms.

Responsibilities
Ability to travel to client sites in the DMV and Mid-Atlantic areas.
Availability to be on-call or perform work after hours, on weekends, and/or in emergencies.

- On-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations from a variety of platforms to Azure/M365
- Azure/M365 Tenants setups, customizations, lockdowns
- Migration of Hyper-V, VMware, on-prem physical servers to Azure
- Deploy, Configure, Maintain VxRail & VMware
- SQL Cluster Management
- Isilon Administration
- Teams phone systems migrations
- Security scores, Defender for 365 and Identity, Sentinel, Conditional Access and other new MS Cloud security features
- Intune/Autopilot/Azure AD
- Migration from on-prem AD to Azure AD
- Setting up SharePoint/Teams
- SharePoint/Teams migrations from on-premise file servers/other cloud platforms
- Governance policies setup for SharePoint/Teams
- User training for SharePoint/Teams
- Network Appliance Maintenance
- Heterogeneous LAN technologies
- Work with variety of other technologies as needed, such as: Citrix/Networking/Cybersecurity
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong business acumen – this is very much a client-facing position.
