• Partner with departments to identify, design, and deliver secure, scalable automation that replaces

manual or fragmented workflows.

• Partner with security, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure digital workplace platforms support

organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Design for resilience by identifying risks, monitoring platform health, and proactively addressing

vulnerabilities or misuse.

5. Analytics, Adoption & Performance Insight

• Design and deliver analytics and performance insights using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

capabilities to support digital workplace optimization, operational excellence, and program

performance.

• Leverage Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and connected data sources to analyze and visualize

insights across Microsoft 365, enterprise systems, and program data.

• Monitor adoption, usage, automation impact, and capacity trends across digital workplace tools and

other supported systems to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and insight products that support:

o Digital adoption and platform health

o Operational efficiency and workflow performance

o Program delivery, performance indicators, and impact outcomes (where applicable)

• Partner with IT, program teams, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights

that inform governance decisions, system improvements, and investment priorities.

6. Digital Skills, Capacity Building & Customer Enablement

• Design and deliver digital skills, capacity‑building, and enablement programs to support effective,

secure, and responsible use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.

• Partner with departments, regions, and country offices to build role‑based digital skills aligned to real

workflows, program needs, and operational contexts.

• Develop learning pathways, job aids, and self‑service guidance that enable staff to confidently use

digital tools within established governance guardrails.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal customers, translating platform capabilities into accessible,

mission‑focused practices.

• Promote responsible AI usage, data protection, and security awareness as part of all enablement

activities.
