- Provide general administrative support to keep operations running seamlessly
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a service dispatcher (plumbing, HVAC, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch or scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
