As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient service delivery
- Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our system
- Resolving issues and ensuring customers feel confident and taken care of
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Comfort learning and navigating software systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
