  • Build and scale repeatable processes and playbooks to streamline logistics, communications, and data tracking across programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with DEI, Marketing, Communications, and HR teams to activate programs tied to heritage months and key initiatives
  • Develop and deliver compelling communications, presentations, and storytelling to engage employees and inform leadership
  • Manage program budgets (~$2M), including invoice processing, forecasting, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance
  • Track and analyze program performance and KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to improve engagement and impact
  • Support CSR and DEI reporting, including contributions to global reporting such as LVMH CSR deliverables
  • Build relationships across stores, distribution centers, and FSC teams, gathering feedback and translating insights into program enhancements
  • Pilot and scale new engagement strategies, ensuring programs are impactful, inclusive, and aligned to business goals
  • Support product donation programs and partnerships (e.g., Project Glimmer), including logistics, vendor coordination, and internal requests
  • Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward best practices in corporate philanthropy and employee engagement

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4 years of experience implementing and scaling employee engagement, volunteer, or social impact programs in a corporate environment
  • Strong operational expertise in program management, logistics, and process optimization, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Background in social impact, CSR, ESG, or community engagement, ideally within a large or complex organization
  • Strong communication skills with experience building presentations, campaigns, and internal communications
  • Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting tools, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
  • Experience with employee giving platforms (e.g., Benevity) or similar tools is a plus
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing ideas to life from concept through delivery
