Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noblesville, IN, for an Operations Leader at SEPHORA. The Operations Leader will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team, optimizing workflows, managing inventory levels, driving sales efforts, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting store performance. The role requires effective management of staffing, operational priorities, and collaboration with other team members to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess store performance and operational processes
- Excellent Communication skills for teamwork, staff motivation, and customer interactions
- Experience in Sales and a customer-centric approach to drive revenue goals
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including inventory and workflow organization
- Proficiency in Project Management for efficient planning and execution of store initiatives
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
- Flexible availability for working retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
