At Kovalus Separation Solutions (KSS), we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of separation technologies by leveraging synergies across membrane filtration, ion exchange, evaporation, drying, and other advanced process technologies. Our solutions support customers in the food and beverage, dairy, life science, and industrial markets by enabling product concentration and purification, removal of contaminants, recycling of valuable process chemicals, production of high-purity water, and treatment of wastewater for safe discharge or reuse.
As the Manager of the Process Engineering Team, you will be instrumental in driving our growth in the industrial and municipal water and wastewater markets, as well as the industrial Process separation markets, such as Food, Dairy and Beverages. Your technical expertise, ability to build strategic partnerships, and internal collaboration will contribute significantly to Kovalus’ continued success.

Qualifications: - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or environmental engineering, or in another related discipline
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of engineers, with a preferred strong focus on water and wastewater treatment market applications. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in presentations, and relationship-building.
- Ability to travel (10-20%) within North America, working closely with regional sales teams and product management.
- Understanding of water and wastewater market in the municipal and in industrial applications.
- Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred

Physical Requirements: - Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and in proximity to loud equipment.
