Job Title: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift: 4:00 P.M. - 1:00 A.M.)

Reports to: Production Manager

Org Unit: Production

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of Group Leader, Team Leader and Team Members.
• Develop and implement training plans.
• Train/Monitor Team Member inspection practices.
• Implement the quality improvement activities for defects of assembly line inspection.
• Work with customer to resolve part defects.
• Follow up the related department if perform the improvement activities efficiently and effectively for inspection results of assembly line.
• Understand; revise SEA line inspection standard and specification to perform inspection for inspector at the assembly line.
• Preparing for inspection standard and specification to perform inspection for new car project.
• Report the overall level of quality achieved.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good team building and motivation skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.

Education/Training:

• High School or equivalency required.
• 1 – 5 years experience in the automotive industry.
• More than 1 year in the Quality Control field.
• Experience of assembly line improvement activity
