Job Title: Production Supervisor (1st Shift: 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.)

Job Classification: Supervisor 

Reports to: Production Manager

Org Unit: Production

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct supervision of one or two (1) or (2) Team Leaders and approximately 60's hourly team members. 
• Develop and implement training plans. 
• Establish work zones 
• Develop job allocations. 
• Develop work zone operations standards. 
• Complete production reports. 
• Coordinate production with supporting departments; Quality, Materials and production control. 
• • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to lead people in obtaining common goal while maintaining a positive atmosphere with the work group 
•  Possessing leadership, as well as the ability to communicate with team leader and members and guide the team toward further improvement. 
• Ability to rapidly assess a situation, develop a plan of action and successfully implement. 
• Self motivated 
• Good communication skills. 
• Good problem solving skills. 
• Good administrative skills.

Education/Training:

• BS/BA Degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Management or Business
• Minimum 3 years experience in Managing Production personnel at the team leader level or higher.
