Core Work (Project)
- Management New Project
- Make development plan
- Design Review (Analyze structure design via software such as CAD, MODVIEW, CATIA)
- Ensuring mold durability through mold structure analysis → Developing product quality
- Decision Sourcing Plan for New Project
- Decision mold transfer timing
- Make Try out plan and built plan
- Make LP/KD part PO for LP2 stage and Management LP2 part for HMMA supply
- Development Local / KD part
- Management Local / KD part IMDS
- Management part Specification configuration diagram and Make M-BOM
- Prepare and Approve Color Harmony
- Video Meeting for development management, solve problem and any issue in P1 event with PIC of H/Q development
2.Management Running Program
- Management EO, 4M, M-BOM, Local/KD supplier part
Monthly Work
- Implement the solution of unreasonable design through the analysis
- Lead the design review to overview the product structure and shape the transformation of item
- Law material management including resin, sub-product form supplier and MIP
Daily Work
- Enhancing problems-solving skills through product structure analysis
- Securing an understanding of the product and envisioning the inter workflow through the composition and computerization of the BOM
- Management Engineering Order in VAATZ
KPI (Key Performance Index)
- Enhance the Engineering R&D

Education/Training/Experience:
- Engineering degree required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred to facilitate communication with cross-functional and global teams.
