SUMMARY
To support the mission and function of the Financial Aid Office by working to counsel students and families providing accurate information regarding all financial aid programs, eligibility criteria, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities also include direct responsibility for the administration of aid for the off-campus locations and to assist with NCAA Compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Effectively communicate Student Financial Aid policies/procedures/federal and state guidelines/regulations to students, staff, and faculty regarding available sources of aid and eligibility requirement.
· Process, track and review financial aid files, electronically correct FAFSA.
· Track Drop/Add activity for off-campus locations.
· Run batches for bad ready report (high school concurrent/selective service).
· Process probation and denied letter notifications.
· Assist with NCAA Compliance with Financial Aid.
· Present programs on campus and at high schools.
· Be familiar with Ellucian Colleague.
· Work well independently and under pressure.
· Serve on University committees.
· Ongoing training and development.
· Other duties as assigned.
