What You'll Do
As a Social Media Analyst, you will:
- Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and conduct reporting for advertising campaigns across social media channels.
- Engage with social audiences while responding and delegating social questions or complaints internally for review.
- Utilize organic and insight features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other leading social platforms to provide insight on performance.
- Analyze online conversations with an emphasis on social listening and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and respond to social reviews on Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google My Business, Glassdoor, etc.
- Frequently review and update social accounts and review listings across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing team to provide recommendations on digital strategies that align with offline and online marketing programs and support business unit objectives.
- Maintain organization of all upcoming social media plans within calendar.
- Participate in planning monthly organic content.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
- Experience utilizing organic features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in using social media publishing tools to monitor or schedule content.
- Ability to think strategically and align marketing plans with business objectives
- Experience with social listening and brand monitoring.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
