What You'll Do
As a Marketing Analyst, you will:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain market research used in the development of marketing programs. Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potentials.
- Collect marketing intelligence regarding marketing and brand performance.
- Create tools and reporting and which measures and communicates the effectiveness of Sentry’s current customer experience.
- Administer customer survey development. Design survey drafts and build questionnaires within Qualtrics Explore survey platform.
- Create reports and data visualization dashboards as necessary, including system-generated reports and additional analysis in excel as needed.
- Design and facilitate qualitative customer panel and design reporting of results.
- Participate in the development of a customer outreach program. Help define protocol for customer follow-up.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience. 5 or more years of related work experience preferred.
- Marketing and database experience is required.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply a wide range of company products, services, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to include working knowledge of complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets, and database applications.
- Qualtrics Explore and Qualtrics XM Discover experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in strategy and relationship management preferred.
- Working knowledge of CX experience best practices preferred.
