The Role:
Sentry Living Solutions is looking for compassionate ILS Coaches to support adults with disabilities. You won't be stuck in an office—you will be out in the community (San Mateo County) helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Will Do:
- Drive to client homes to provide 1-on-1 support a few days a week.
- Teach and assist with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, utilizing community resources).
- Help clients maintain employment and social connections.
- Create and track monthly goals and submit daily notes.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Fluent in English, Spanish, or another language. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
- Passion for helping others (Experience in coaching or caregiving is a plus, but we provide paid training!).
- Ability to commute to clients within San Mateo County.
