Job Summary
Roofing & Gutters Project
Scope of Work
- Remove the existing shingle roofing and prepare the entire roof for a new metal roofing system.
- Install approximately 29-gauge metal roofing over the full roof area.
- Install required roofing components, including underlayment, drip edge, ridge venting, and related flashing/accessories.
- Complete all roof penetrations, edges, transitions, and terminations to provide a weather-tight installation.
- No gutter replacement is required along the front gable section.
- Properly pitch and secure gutters and downspouts for drainage.
- Contractor is responsible for safely using ladders, tools, fall-protection equipment, and other equipment required to complete the work.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the project and remove roofing debris and installation waste upon completion.
- Provide before, during, and final photos documenting the work.
Contractor Requirements: Contractor must follow applicable roofing safety procedures, use proper fall protection, and complete the installation in accordance with manufacturer requirements and standard construction practices.
Pay: $3,500.00 per week
