Sentri Homes is looking for a South Carolina-licensed residential builder or general contractor to serve as contractor of record on a new home build in Jefferson, SC (Chesterfield County).
The project
- Ground-up 3 bed / 2 bath home, about 1,800 sq ft
- Lot is cleared and ready for footings
- Plans are complete, and Sentri’s project manager handles scheduling, materials and homeowner communication
What we need from you
- An active South Carolina residential builder or general contractor license in good standing
- Willingness to be named contractor of record on the building permit and to take on the responsibilities that come with it
- Current general liability and workers’ comp coverage
- Availability to start within the next few weeks, once the permit is issued
Pay: $10.00 per month
