DescriptionSentinel is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, improvement, and lifecycle management of our Polymer Vessel, Treatment Skid, and Pilot Test Product Lines. This role blends technical product expertise, customer insight, and internal coordination to ensure Sentinel delivers best-in-class solutions to customers across the water treatment market.The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, CAD design, manufacturing, sales, and business development to strengthen competitiveness, optimize product quality, and support the execution of Sentinel's rapidly expanding PFAS and GAC treatment projects.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DevelopmentOwn the full lifecycle of polymer vessel, treatment skid, and pilot testing product lines—from concept to commercializationIdentify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology requirementsDefine product roadmaps, improvements, and new feature opportunitiesCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Engineering, CAD Designers, and Manufacturing to ensure all products are built to specifications, cost targets, and quality standardsWork with Sales, BD, and Marketing to create product positioning, technical materials, and sales enablement toolsTechnical Product StewardshipMaintain expert-level understanding of product specifications, performance parameters, and applications in PFAS and GAC water treatmentSupport pilot test planning, equipment selection, specification updates, and customer technical discussionsCommercial SupportProvide technical insights to Business Development for major bids, proposals, and client presentationsAssist in evaluating product pricing strategies and marginsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Product Management, or related field5 years of technical product management, engineering, or related experience—preferably in water treatment, filtration, industrial equipment, or environmental technologiesStrong technical understanding of treatment processes and equipment designExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for sales, customers, and leadershipDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with PFAS treatment systems, GAC systems, or polymer/steel vessel fabricationPrior involvement with pilot testing programs or modular skid systemsBackground working in high-growth or technically complex product environmentsAbility to self-perform CAD work in Fusion or SolidWorks as neededBenefitsPaid HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision coverage Health savings account (HSA) Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance 401k with a company match Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Professional Development Programs Employee Referral ProgramsVoluntary Benefits Offered#INDLP
