Sentinel Transportation is hiring safety-focused Local Lube Tanker Drivers for our Lake Charles, LA terminal. This day-shift position offers daily home time and dedicated lanes with no backhauls, giving you a consistent and predictable schedule.You'll transport lube oil safely and efficiently while following all DOT and Sentinel safety standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely pick up and drop trailers, and load/unload products as required.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Complete required DOT and company paperwork
- Monitor vehicle safety and ensure the functionality of all related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience; 6 months of tanker experience preferred.
- Valid CDL A: Must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL A).
- Haz-Mat & Tanker Endorsements: Required to have both Haz-Mat and Tanker Endorsements. A TWIC card may also be required depending on the location.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must successfully pass a DOT physical, drug test, and criminal background check to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
