Location: Northwest Oklahoma Duration: Fulltime nested position Project Schedule: 4/10’s (Mon.-Thurs.) & 8 hrs. Summary: Leading pay available for the right API 510/570 Inspector, preferably with at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in run and maintain inspection activities, shutdowns, new construction projects and special emphasis programs. Applicant must hold a current API 510//570 certification and must be technically competent and knowledgeable in the application of the current inspection codes. Additional certifications are a plus. Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a professional manner, and actively promote safety procedures and awareness. Must possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost effective recommendations for “Suitability for Continued Service” recommendations to the client. Requirements: Team oriented, working well with others and clientele. Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable and dependable characteristics. Able to generate recommendations to facilitate future inspection/repair plans. Utilize and interpret provided P&IDs and isometric drawings. Familiarity with navigating inspection software databases and Microsoft Office applications. Communicate with the Maintenance, Reliability, Projects and Operations Teams on inspection and repair-related findings. Perform field inspections and shutdown activities. Review drawings, customer requirements and specifications to develop work scope activities. Assist in development of repair plans for fixed equipment and quality assurance plans for shutdowns. Quality assurance of field data prior to final report submittal to client. Evaluate NDE inspection results ensuring data is acceptable and adequate coverage is obtained and incorporates relevant findings into the inspection management software.
