Sentinel Insurance Services is an independent agency serving Arizona families and businesses since 2009. We’re looking for a driven, licensed producer who wants the freedom of running their own business, without the headache of building the back office from scratch.
This is a sales-focused role. You sell, and we handle the rest.

Who we’re looking for
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty license required; Life license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven sales ability, with an existing network or referral sources a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning your own schedule and results
- Strong communicator who builds trust and long-term client relationships
- Located in the greater Phoenix area
