TrueCut Insurance is expanding into the Phoenix market and is looking for a motivated insurance professional to become the founding member of our local team. 

This position combines insurance sales and customer service. You will help prospective customers shop for coverage across multiple insurance carriers while also assisting existing TrueCut customers with their insurance needs. 

As the Phoenix operation grows, the right person will have the opportunity to develop into a Team Lead and help train and support future team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance or high-volume call center experience who wants more opportunity for growth, responsibility, and advancement. 


What You'll Do 

• Handle inbound sales opportunities and convert qualified prospects into customers. 
• Quote customers across multiple insurance carriers to identify competitive options. 
• Assist existing customers with policy questions, changes, payments, documents, and other service needs. 
• Explain insurance coverage and pricing clearly and accurately. 
• Follow up with prospective customers and help maximize sales opportunities. 
• Provide a high level of customer service and help resolve customer issues. 
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information. 
• Meet sales, service, quality, and productivity expectations. 
• Develop strong knowledge of TrueCut's carriers, systems, and processes. 
• Demonstrate the reliability and leadership skills necessary to help develop future Phoenix team members. 

What We're Looking For 

• Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. 
• Insurance or high-volume call center experience strongly preferred. 
• Candidates with insurance customer service experience who are interested in developing their sales skills are encouraged to apply. 
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Competitive, dependable, and results-oriented. 
• Able to work independently while remaining accountable to a centralized leadership team. 
• Interested in professional growth and future leadership responsibility.
