Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is hiring a Director, Patient Care Services-Womens Health-RN
The Director, Patient Care Services-Womens Health will focus on leadership in all aspects of Womens Health including Labor & Delivery, NICU, Nursery and Postpartum departments.
As a Director, Patient Care Services-Womens Health with Sentara, you will lead, direct and manage high performance teams with accountability for operations, quality, customer service and success of assigned departments and product lines. Areas of responsibility are high volume and/or have significant strategic and financial impact on current and future success of Sentara Hospitals. This role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality services which meets or exceeds customer expectations. As the Director, Patient Care Services-Womens Health you will contribute to the success of the hospitals through achievement of System, hospital and divisional goals, set the vision and culture, build process improvements for sustainable value-added services, as well as provide leadership and administer fiscal, corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. Sentara norther Virgina Medical Center’s Labor & Delivery department has 0ver 1,600 births last year. The hospital is near Ft. Belvoir and Quantico and serves a diverse patient demographic.

Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License - Compact/Multi-State License
- Nursing Leadership experience – 5 years
- Clinical Management – 5 years
- RN-Bachelor's Degree
- Labor & Delivery experience
