Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales.
Overview
Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation
Sales Pipeline Management
Negotiation and closing
Follow up and account management
Reporting and forecasting
Market and product knowledge
Referral volume management
Collaboration with internal teams
Unit Overview: We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.
Anticipated Status/Shift:
Full Time (40 hours/week)

Experience
2 years relevant experience (Required)
Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred)
Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred)
Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred)
