SENTA Partners is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting operations, workforce development programs, and internal stakeholders across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating early talent programs, managing recruiting data and reporting processes, supporting hiring manager training and enablement, and facilitating smooth collaboration between Recruiting, HR, and Operations.
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency within the recruiting function by ensuring accurate ATS/CRM data, timely reporting, and organized execution of recruitment events and programs. This position supports scalable hiring by managing logistics, documentation, and program execution so that the broader team can focus on candidate engagement and hiring decisions.
This is an in-office position based in SENTA’s Support Services Center in Sandy Springs, GA.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-clinical and clinical externship programs, including onboarding documentation, site placement logistics, scheduling, and communication with schools and site leaders.
- Support development and execution of workforce development and pipeline programs aligned to long-term staffing needs.
- Support rollout of new recruiting processes and tools through communication and documentation.
- Partner with broader HR team to coordinate hiring manager training, including scheduling sessions, distributing materials, and tracking completion.
- Support monthly and quarterly recruiting reports by pulling data, validating accuracy, and preparing reporting templates.
- Build or maintain recruiting dashboards and trackers to support leadership visibility into hiring activity and pipeline health.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment conferences, career fairs, and networking events, including registrations, materials, travel coordination, and attendee tracking.
- Manage recruiting supplies and marketing materials (e.g., signage, giveaways, flyers, branded materials).
- Maintain inventory of recruiting supplies and coordinate reorders as needed.
- Support recruiting leadership with special projects related to process improvement, technology implementation, and program expansion.
- Assist with documentation of recruiting workflows, SOPs, and process updates.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of recruiting programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years in HR coordination, recruiting operations, program coordination, or administrative support roles required; healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting analytics and performance reporting preferred.
- Experience supporting or coordinating early-career talent programs, including partnerships with schools, training programs, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Kronos and Smartsheet preferred.
