Experience Required:
- Experience in Construction and/or AV managing commercial projects
- Efficiency in blueprint reading
- High level of organization to manage ALL aspects of a project including bidding, tracking of project and draws, labor and materials
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize schedule for staff.
- Complete bids for future projects timely as they come in.
- Oversee projects and employees, managing them efficiently from start to end, keeping tracking of every step in the process.
- Maintain office management procedures and policies to enhance productivity.
- Develop organizational systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on office protocols and software usage.
Additional Skillsets Preferred:
Proven experience in project/office management in a Construction or AV company or similar environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in blue print reading, and experience in AV tech or construction
- Experienced with project management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial records accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
