What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Lawn Care Applicator with Sign-On Bonus position at Senske Family of Companies?
$3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed turf applicators!! ($1,000 paid after 30 days of service and $2,000 paid after 60 days of service)
Essential Functions:
- Working individually or with a crew to provide lawn care services to all properties on assigned route. Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides for pest and weed control in lawn and ornamentals.
- Unload and load equipment at each property, remove loose trash and debris from landscape area prior to servicing area.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines including local ordinances. Keep scheduled appointments with customers, as applicable.
- Interact and ask questions of clients if they are present when the job is completed, to determine client concerns and existing conditions. Sell additional services to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of client properties.
Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Up to $27/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.
