What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Senske Family of Companies?
POSITION SUMMARY: The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our service technicians. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all appointments and client requests are handled professionally. This position will require you to communicate across multiple departments and with clients daily. You will be expected to communicate using multiple platforms including phone, email, text and chat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling clients’ appointments as needed
- Sending mass messages to notify clients of service or due date for next services
- Calling/ texting/ emailing pre-notify messages to our clients before next visits
- Completing daily call logs
- Collaborate with team leaders, supervisors, and managers to identify and fill training gaps
- Run/ conduct intermittent training/ quizzes with supervisor to ensure the effectiveness of the training and processes
- Utilize our CRM Software (Real Green)
- Stay up to date on company and branch practices and be able to effectively communicate our practices to other employees and/or clients
- Maintain constant communication and engagement with the team and department on all scheduling and routing related matters
- Stay engaged and focused throughout the workday
- Utilize all company platforms and mediums for communication throughout the workday
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling or customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
