Position: MuleSoft Administrator
Work Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite) / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)
Job Description:
This is Mulesoft Admin role not a developer role. Some dev exposure is fine, but the core function is platform management, operations, and L2/L3 support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components.
- Handle incoming tickets (incidents, service requests, platform issues).
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and non-production.
- Work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, and automation.
- Support certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades.
Must Have Skills:
- MuleSoft platform administration (CloudHub, RTF, On-Prem, gateways, runtimes).
- Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus).
- Linux (command line troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments).
- L2/L3 production support.
- Strong troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, runtimes, queues, certs, connectivity.
- On-call (or) 24/7 support experience.
Nice to have:
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, automation).
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
- SRE style mindset (monitoring, observability, incident response).
