As a Mulesoft Admin, you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components
- Handle incoming tickets (incidents, service requests, platform issues)
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and nonprod
- Work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, and automation
- Support certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades
MustHave
- MuleSoft platform administration (CloudHub, RTF, onprem, gateways, runtimes)
- Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus)
- Linux (commandline troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments)
- L2/L3 production support
- Strong troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, runtimes, queues, certs, connectivity
- Oncall or 24/7 support experience
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, automation)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)
- SRE style mindset (monitoring, observability, incident response)
