About The Role
The Commercial Project Installer supports the installation of commercial HVAC systems, working under the direction of a Lead Installer or Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering clean, code‑compliant, professional installations that meet Sensigreen’s standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessories
- Assist with layout and installation based on mechanical drawings and specifications
- Work closely with Lead Installers and Project Managers to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Operate lifts, power tools, and installation equipment safely and correctly
- Support equipment start‑ups, testing, and documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site
- Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites
- 1–3 years commercial or residential HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
- Basic understanding of duct systems, refrigerant piping, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced commercial installation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops
- EPA Certification a plus but not required
