About The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and attention throughout their assessment journey. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our automated system and the seniors we serve.
This is a contract position, in-office, for about 4–5 hours a day.

About The Role
Are you passionate about helping others and making a direct impact in seniors’ lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and attention throughout their assessment journey. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our automated system and the seniors we serve.
This is a contract position, in-office, for about 4–5 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to recorded calls between seniors and our virtual assistant to support seniors and their needs.
- Respond to calls and follow-up as they come in—timing may vary and require adaptability.
- Conduct calls with seniors in a warm and professional way to explain next steps and make sure they receive the necessary service.
- Accurately document call outcomes and feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to close the loop with our Product, R&D and GTM teams to maintain a high standard of customer care.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, on-demand schedule.
- Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or working with seniors is a plus.
