Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
- Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness by , sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Support food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while balancing multiple responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, serving or kitchen tasks is advantageous but not mandatory
