As a Cybersecurity Client Relationships Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience across the entire client journey — from outreach and pre-sales to onboarding and customer success. You’ll work with global teams, clients, and mentors while learning how to communicate complex security concepts in clear, engaging ways.
What You’ll Do- Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and social media outreach.
- Automate and personalize outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, and HubSpot.
- Perform cold calling and follow-ups — handle rejection with professionalism and persistence.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including scheduling demos and preparing presentations.
- Engage throughout the client lifecycle — from first contact to onboarding.
- Support post-sales relationships, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to align outreach and messaging.
- Track and analyze key metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Learn and communicate the value of Sennovate’s IAM, SOC, AI Governance, and Unified Security Engineering offerings.
- 🎓 Senior student or recent graduate in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
