We are searching for an experienced General Manager, Door Engineering at our Mankato, MN facility.
The General Manager (GM), Door Engineering owns the full profit and loss (P&L) for the Door Engineering business and leads the organization to deliver profitable growth through operational excellence, commercial execution, new product and project development, and a high-performing aftermarket service organization—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location: Mankato, MN
Responsibilities
- Own P&L performance and lead annual operating plans and KPI cadence.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies for revenue and profitability growth.
- Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Lead quality improvement and root cause discipline to reduce rework and warranty.
- Ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.
- Drive sales leadership on growth strategy and forecasting.
- Execute new product and project development initiatives.
- Build and scale aftermarket service capabilities.
- Develop and lead a high-performance team and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Experience in engineered-to-order or building materials manufacturing preferred.
