Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care and support to clients with Alzheimer's, dementia and other cognitive impairments
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and cognitive engagement
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment
Qualifications
- Active CNA license
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, or elder care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and proactive
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
