Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Location: St. Louis and surrounding areas
Shifts:
- Full-time and part-time
- 4-hour shift (8:30AM - 12:30PM)
- 12-hour shift (8:00AM - 8:00PM)
Requirements:
- 4 years of CNA experience
- Active CNA license in the state of Missouri
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
- Skilled with transfers and ambulatory assistance
- Compassionate, dependable and proactive
- Ability to pass a background check
What You'll Do:
- Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.
- Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.
- Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.
- Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition to the Care Coordination Team. Complete documentation after each shift.
