Caregiver – Seniors Helping Seniors® of Southwest Connecticut
At Seniors Helping Seniors®, we bring compassionate care and companionship to the homes of seniors. Our unique model empowers seniors to assist their peers with tasks that become more challenging with age.
We are looking for mature caregivers with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in caregiving, who are passionate about improving the lives of seniors. Join us to provide essential support while forming meaningful connections in Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan and Fairfield.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ caregiving experience.
- High empathy, and reliability.
- Ability to provide real engagement, and meaningful conversations.
- Dedication to helping seniors live independently.
- Professional, and proactive attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License; ability to use own car preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, and transportation.
- Personal care duties: assistance with dressing, bathing, feeding, mobility, and memory care.
- Documentation of services and proactive communication with office staff.
