Duties

- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document daily care activities and any notable observations regarding the client's condition.
