Seniors Helping Seniors® Manassas-Stafford is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! We have full-time, part-time, weekend, and PRN (as-needed) opportunities available for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $17.00 per hour for Companion Care
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for Personal Care (PCA)

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who are ready to begin working immediately and have weekend and PRN (on-call) availability. Experience providing care to older adults is a plus, but compassion, professionalism, and dependability are what matter most.
Job Responsibilities
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
- Specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care
Requirements
- Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Weekend availability is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Successfully pass required background checks and drug screening
- Comply with all state regulations and Seniors Helping Seniors® policies
- Applicants providing personal care must have a current PCA, CNA, or higher credential. Applicants who do not currently hold a PCA certification must successfully complete our company-sponsored PCA certification course within two (2) weeks of hire to remain eligible for employment and client assignments.
