We’re looking for a scheduler to help us grow our team of amazing caregivers and ensure every member feels supported, respected, and part of something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
The Seniors Helping Seniors Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of services and caregivers to ensure that senior clients receive the necessary support and care in a timely and efficient manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling:
- Create, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring that all shifts are filled and there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Handle scheduling changes, cancellations, and emergency requests promptly and efficiently
2. Client and Caregiver Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers regarding schedule-related inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate any changes in schedules to both clients and caregivers in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise related to scheduling.
3. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and caregiver schedules.
- Track and report on scheduling metrics and performance to help optimize scheduling processes.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and stored in accordance with company policies and regulations.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided by caregivers, addressing any concerns or feedback from clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and caregivers to assess satisfaction and address any issues.
5. Coordination with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the HR and Recruitment teams to ensure adequate caregiver staffing levels.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address any operational issues that impact scheduling.
6. Technology Utilization:
- Utilize scheduling software and other tools to manage and track schedules efficiently.
- Train and assist caregivers in using any relevant technology or systems.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service is highly desirable. Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: 15.00 to 20.00 hourly (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility for events or caregiver meetings)
