The On Call Scheduler Will:
- Provide top-notch client service and excellent home care.
- Manage customer service coordination and urgent scheduling difficulties as a priority.
- Rotate the On Call phone
- Answer telephone and process phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Executing administrative tasks as necessary in support of all group initiatives, including but not limited to operations, marketing and finance departments
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
