Role Description
Seniormark is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help clients understand and enroll into retirement insurance and provide excellent customer service to our client base.
Key Responsibilities:• Customer Service Support: Answering client questions and educating prospects about retirement insurance and assisting clients with enrollment into retirement insurance according to established procedures. Administrative Support: Performing various office tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, answering phones, data input and general clerical duties. Confidentiality, compliance and security are essential requirements. It is important to be able to work well with other team members to continue to develop and run the business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to clients and colleagues
- Customer service skills with a passion for assisting clients and resolving their concerns
- Experience in client education and the ability to simplify complex information for understanding
- Proficient in presenting information clearly and collaborating with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
