We are seeking a highly organized and nutritionally-minded Dietary Manager to join our culinary team at Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons, a premier senior living community in Saint Clairsville, OH. As a key member of our Food Service team, the Dietary Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our dining services.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of dietary staff to achieve exceptional dining experiences for our residents
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to maintain budgetary accuracy
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and food safety guidelines
Collaborate with various departments, including Activities, Nursing, and Housekeeping, to provide seamless resident services
Conduct dietary assessments and develop personalized meal plans for residents with special dietary needs
Monitor resident satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement
