About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you'll be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas. You'll work closely with our dietary team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality meals that meet their individual needs and preferences. Your attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to customer service will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, including food preparation, plating, and serving
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including food service areas, equipment, and storage spaces
Support dietary staff with food service, including errands, deliveries, and setup
Collaborate with dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery
Respect and understand the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, including special diets and allergies
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
