We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to oversee our assisted living community. This role ensures exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong staff leadership within a supportive and homelike environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and support department managers/staff.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health residential care regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning.
- Foster communication with residents, families, and community partners.
- Oversee quality assurance, staff training, and survey readiness.

Qualifications:
- 21 years of age.
- Meet one of the following Ohio requirements: LNHA license, 3,000 hours in senior living/healthcare operations, bachelor’s degree or 100 credit hours in healthcare/gerontology, or licensed health professional (RN, LPN, therapist, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
