What You’ll Do

- Drive occupancy and revenue by actively generating leads, advancing prospects, and turning relationships into move-ins.
- Build a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, outreach, events, home visits, and referral relationships.
- Create legendary prospect experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and distinctly Senior Star.
- Learn what matters to each prospect and use those details to create meaningful personal touches throughout their journey.
- Build trust with seniors and families as they explore Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, helping them discover the option that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
- Follow up with purpose and persistence — knowing when to listen, when to nurture, and when to ask for the commitment.
- Build strong professional referral relationships that consistently generate qualified leads.
- Own your CRM, pipeline, sales activities, follow-up, and results.
- Partner with the entire community to ensure every tour, interaction, and move-in showcases Senior Star at its best.
- Know your market, understand your competition, and continually look for new opportunities to grow.
