What You'll Do
- Create exceptional first impressions through genuine connection and hospitality.
- Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, and daily communications.
- Support the Business Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Coordinate resident transportation for appointments, outings, and community events.
- Partner with Drivers and community leaders to ensure transportation services are seamless and resident-focused.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support resident transportation needs.

- Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A heart for serving others and creating meaningful experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.
