What You’ll Do
As our Dietary Manager, you’ll lead the full food & beverage operation for our Assisted Living and Memory Care building —balancing quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Create a high-quality dining experience that residents look forward to every day
- Lead kitchen and dining teams to deliver consistent, welcoming service
- Plan menus that offer variety, nutrition, and resident satisfaction
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgets with strong attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, engaged culinary team
- Be present in the dining room—connecting with residents, resolving concerns, and elevating the experience
- Partner with leadership to support community events, tours, and overall success
- You care deeply about serving others, especially seniors
- You bring strong leadership presence—you can guide a team and jump in when needed
- You understand both the heart and the business of food service (quality cost control)
- You hold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- You’re energized by creating an environment where residents and team members thrive
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
- 2 years of food service or culinary leadership experience
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with budgeting, inventory, and purchasing
- Ability to lead, coach, and build a strong team culture
